I recently had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Vijayawada. The hotel's ambience and the quality of the rooms are excellent, providing a perfect retreat. Its location in the heart of the city makes navigating this rapidly growing capital of Andhra Pradesh incredibly convenient, and the restaurant serves consistently tasty food. Most importantly, the service truly stands out. The entire team is incredibly courteous, and I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to, Joshna Mol, Frontline Manager, Vamsi, Frontline Manager and Raju, Guest Relationship Manager Their dedication to hospitality made for a truly memorable visit.

From GM Mr Nageswar rao to Front desk Manager Pritam Mondal and his team, F&B head Mr Jitesh Tonk and his team and Executive Chef Mr Srihari, Nirmal and their team are all excellent and render good service to guests

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was awesome.. The chef Gayatri was very good. She shared a lot of recipes with us. Check-in was seamless. The staff went over and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. This was our big family get together and it will be a memorable one.

A very well located place for pilgrimage & business. Surrounded by excellent restaurants & shopping stores.

I would like to sincerely appreciate Salma from the Front Desk at Vivanta for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. During my stay, I was feeling unwell, and she went out of her way to help me by arranging medicine without expecting anything in return. Her caring attitude, prompt assistance, and genuine concern truly made a difference and meant a lot to me. It’s rare to see such selfless hospitality, and she represents the hotel with grace and warmth. I would also Like to thank MR Shahrukh for his thoughtful care and attentiveness. He made sure I had proper food arranged for Sehri as I was fasting the next day and even provided a janemaz for prayer, which is a rare and deeply meaningful gesture. His kindness truly reflects the exceptional hospitality at Vivanta. Thank you, Salma and Shahrukh, for your support and kindness. It was deeply appreciated and made my stay much more comfortable.
