The staff are very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is wonderful.

No on-site parking and 800 yen was needed for once at nearby parking lot.

Easily reachable via a number of buses from wakayama station. not too far fro. Wakayama castle or other sights. friendly staff, especially at breakfast. kept encouraging the guests to take a coffee to go, after we finished eating!

Only downside was the bad luck of having noisy neighbours the first night i was there. but that isn't the hotel's fault.
