"It was a beautiful place, but the hospitality and accessibility to amenities was disappointing."

The property is beautiful and it is wonderfully decorated.

The staff were not very helpful, there were rigid rules and timelines on the gym and jacuzzi (the reason we booked this hotel). The amenities were not accessible and many doors were locked. They did not recommend any local restaurants and were not very happy to help us with our questions.
