This is the second time that I’ve stayed there, and it has always been exceptional. I do wish the Hampton Inn breakfast had lower sugar/high protein/high fiber options.
Our room was HOT. The air NEVER worked, and our room smelled like MILDEW. I said something but NOTHING was done. The carpet was wet and pulling up.
The lady that checked us in was awesome. Her sidekick clearly didn't want to be there. We got into our room, changed into swim stuff (the kids did) snd proceeded to go to the pool. On the way down to the lobby, I saw a sign taped to the elevator wall stating the pool was
The advertised swimming was closed. A big disappointment.

We picked this place because of the indoor pool which online was advertised as working but when we arrived it was closed. Very disappointed and ruined our trip because of this
The ladies at the front desk were the best.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that the pool was under renovation, but everything else was relaxing, restful, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious!!
