The hot tub was nice and it was great they had breakfast however it did suck that they stopped serving breakfast at 9:30. They are along a highway so if you need to walk anywhere it is not a great location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and overall it was good!

Friendly staff and in a great location.

The fact that a guest was in the breakfast area holding her dog and fixing breakfast. Pets shouldn't be allowed in an area where food is available in a buffet style. Upon seeing this, we choose to skip the breakfast and eat elsewhere.

The power went out which of course was out of the control of the staff. BUT they should have EXTENDED the breakfast hours since it was NOT available with the outage. This is an amenity that cause me to choose this hotel.

"Hotel Smells"

I chose this hotel based on the reviews and expected a nice, comfortable stay for my family during a tournament weekend. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. When we first walked in, the lobby and hallways had a strong gas and musty smell. I arrived at 11:30 AM and asked the front desk if we could check in early so we could get ready for the tournament. I was told the earliest we could check in was 1 PM, and there would be an additional $75 charge. While I didn’t want to pay that fee, we had no choice since we needed to get my kids ready to play within two hours. Once we got to our room, the musty smell continued. I had to wipe down the room myself because it was dusty, and I sprayed the beds since the sheets did not look clean. The couch in the room was also dirty. Throughout our stay from Friday to Monday, the strong odor in the hotel never went away and honestly, the smell is still stuck in my nose even after leaving. I don’t feel that paying nearly $600 for this stay was worth it given the overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements
