"Great stay, but wished the elevator worked!"

The hotel was nice and conveniently located. The room(s) was to my liking. The route for my evening was two turns from where I was staying. The staff was seemingly nice and accommodating.

The hotel was nice and convenient, but the elevator was out and I was on the third floor. I got to my room and the television doesn't work. I have to walk back down three flights of stairs for a room change. Also, the hallways could have been a little cleaner.

Super clean. Comfortable bed.

Staff was not very welcoming. I had to say, "Hi, how are you?" before she even acknowledged I was there. Then she acted as if I was bothering her. There was no one else around, so it definitely wasn't from being busy. Continental breakfast should be offered earlier. I had to leave at 6:55am and there wasn't even a drop of coffee made. I often choose places with Continental Breakfast to save me time and money, I wasn't able to get breakfast or coffee on this trip.

Staff was great. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Eggs, sausages, bacon, potatoes, all kinds of cereal, bagels, bread., fruit, yogurt… loved it. The room was huge and the best was incredibly comfortable. Loved the pillows too. The bathroom was very large and clean. Lots of food options surrounding the hotel. Highly recommended!
