Cleanliness, staffs

Location. Very dangerous going in and out since it is located in the freeway where speed limit is fast and big trucks are passing this area.it should have its own lane for the entrance. Oh I almost forgot the water pressure in the shower is super strong/ high it’s painful to the skin

"Stay fine...want a receipt!"

I asked to get a receipt for my stay. Desk staff told me she could NOT give me one because room was booked online!! I've always gotten receipt regardless of how booked!!! I STILL have not gotten a receipt. This is a deal breaker for future stays!!!!
