The location and desk staff were great. Cleaning crew was disappointing. Elevator was dirty. We stayed five days. One day I asked them to give our room a little cleaning. They did not. We ran out of towels and toilet tissue. We had a do not disturb sign every other day. We only wanted it cleaned a little on that day. Really just towels and toilet tissue would have been fine. The lady said she would do it but did not
