"Exceptional"

Side alley is convenient for drop/off pick up. However, there were some homeless drinking in the back lot, which was not a good first impression. But overall I would rate as a safe area (as any large city may be) It is close walk to the river front and also close to the DOT and Trolley stops. Our first room did not have power. We were quickly changed to another room (not an upgrade). Coffee, eggs, oatmeal and waffles were very good and convenient.

"Rocky Road..."

One night stay traveling home from Orlando. Bed was pretty uncomfortable and AC couldn’t cool the room below 74. Housekeeping staff tried to enter the room 3 times before checkout. Wouldn’t call the stay terrible but it was pretty rocky.

"Easy Airport Access"

Close to airport for early AM flight. Comfortable and clean - good value - just what we needed before heading home from vacation.
