I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Erica, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She was professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Her outstanding customer service made us feel valued and truly cared for. Because of Erica’s dedication and the excellent experience we had, I would highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be returning on Tuesday and look forward to seeing Erica and the team again.

Location was great and it was relatively clean.

I had a hole in the carpet in my room and they replaced the tv remote with a cheap piece of crap so I wasn't able to utilize my roku because I couldn't change it to HDMI. Also the breakfast sausage and eggs were not maintained well. Also was missing a part of the coffee pot and was hard to make coffee in my room.

Great location. Near UTSA.

1st room - Water leak in ceiling in 2 spots with black mold on ceiling. Moved rooms. Put us 1 floor down under 1st room. Bathroom door would not close. Stayed open about a foot due to uneven floor. Would not move us again so we cancelled and went to another hotel. Took a week and an email to refund the charges.
