Piccolo Hotel Olina

Personale attento e molto gentile, abbiamo prenotato e la sera prima mi hanno chiamato per spiegarmi dove poter parcheggiare visto che l’hotel è in zona ZTL. Il giorno dell'arrivo mi hanno assegnato al posto della camera da me prenotata un FANTASTICO appartamento a due passi della Piazza Motta con vista sull’isola di San Giulio. La colazione è servita in un locale della Piazza , Soddisfatti al massimo spero di ritornare presto

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well -appointed.

I would not call the building a 'hotel'. It was a staircase with 2 ensuite rooms on each floor. There was no shared lounge as stated in information. The check-in was at a restaurant not connected with the accommodation. Breakfast was served in a dark cafe about 200m away. Some days there was a great young man serving and he arranged everything well. Other days a less-experienced young man was unsure of how to present the buffet. The same food was presented for a number of days which I considered to be a health risk. Overall I felt we had been misled as to the nature of the accommodation.

Ce que j’ai particulièrement aimé, c’est la situation : l’hôtel est situé dans une rue en plein centre tout en étant légèrement excentré, ce qui le rend extrêmement calme. Le village en lui-même est d’ailleurs très paisible, parfait pour se reposer, j’ai dormi comme un bébé. La chambre était impeccable, très propre, et le lit vraiment confortable. Rien à redire de ce côté-là, c’était parfait. Un grand merci également à la jeune femme à la réception : adorable, très agréable, elle parlait très bien français et a été d’une grande gentillesse avec moi. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il est servi dans un autre bâtiment, sur la place principale (différent de la réception et des chambres). C’est très mignon, toujours dans une ambiance calme, et surtout très copieux. Honnêtement, je n’ai rien de négatif à signaler. Tout était très propre, confortable et bien pensé. Je recommande sans hésiter.

location in town very convenient, space very clean

the instructions for check-in were awful. we were not told to report to Hotel Santa Caterina to check in. There is not actually a person at the hotel where we stayed, and we only learned that after leaving our friends at that location. There was no where to put car at Santa Caterina when we did stop there, and after parking in garage were told could not park there. When we were told where we could park, the location was marked in the wrong spot on the map. Very frustrating, as it could have been handled so much better.

La posizione centralissima. Colazione buona.

Camera situata non nella struttura dell'hotel, ma in una dependance distante. Camera piccolissima, per entrare in bagno si picchia la testa contro il televisore o si inciampa nel frigo bar portatile appoggiato per terra. Bagno rimodernato, ma senza niente per appoggiare gli asciugamani e senza portarotolo. Il rotolo appoggiato per terra o sul lavabo e naturalmente si è bagnato subito. Riscaldamento spento che è stato acceso su richiesta. La colazione ( buona ) servita in un bar ( quasi completamente al buio ) distante 400 metri ( per fortuna non pioveva )

Lage im Zentrum. Hervorragende Beleuchtung im Zimmer, im Bad und am Bett. Das Frühstück gab es zwar in einem externen Café, war allerdings hervorragend.

Tagsüber laut, nachts i. O.. Keine Verdunkelung. Kaum Ablageflächen im Bad. Die Fotos sind von mehreren Unterkünften. Wir waren in der Dependance des Hotels, ca. 100m entfernt untergebracht.

Wunderschön, Marmorbad, antike Möbel, alles sehr hochwertig, Frühstück im Self-Service Stil

Bessere Instruktion zur Anreise - das Hotel liegt in einer nicht befahrbaren Zone und ich habe sehr lange gesucht, wie ich hin komme. Ansonsten ist es wirklich ein außergewöhnliches Hotel.
