Ease of access to resort Friendly helpful staff The extras like the skating and activity centre

The snow plow at 0400 on both days has an alarm that sounds like an alarm clock. It’s literallly in the parking lot of a hotel. Why is it so loud

Friendly staff. Great proximity to Blue Mountain given the great price. We were given some promos to use in town and at the Pottery restaurant. Pottery resto was fabulous!

Place feels a bit worn down compared to our last visit a few years ago.
