Lugar lindo, ótima estrutura, super confortável e próximo a lojas, supermercados e outras comodidades.

Um dos quartos não estava aquecendo apropriadamente e o reparo não ficou adequado. Mas nos deram aquecedores portáteis e ficou bom.

The hotel is excellent. We booked a 1 room suite and it was enormous! The kitchenette was in pristine condition. The full size fridge was wonderful for a small family. The bed was comfortable, the sofa bed was fully made prior to our arrival so we didn’t have to make the bed right before sleeping. The hot tub is wonderful, super hot and has a great view. There was no snow during our stay but I can imagine how much better the view gets when there is. The place was very very clean. My husband always inspects hotel rooms and he couldn’t find anything dirty. The bathroom is huge, has its own thermostat, heated floors, a huge bathtub and separate big shower. It was fully stocked with liquid hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, even q tips and makeup removing wipe. The staff was wonderful. They text you as soon as you check in and you can submit additional requests and questions that way. I asked for extra blankets and they sent them in right away. The location is very good, next to Smiths and restaurants. We actually had both dinner and breakfast at Bartolos (right across the street) and it was amazing. Very convenient when you’re avoiding moving kids back and forth in the car. The pool is great, it is heated and a very decent size. It also closes late! At 10pm! I have absolutely no complaints about this place. It will definitely be our go to for future trips.

The only thing I didn’t like is that check in is SO late, at 4pm. But they did accommodate me a little bit earlier because we got there sooner.

Nothing everything met my expectations

Great stay! Very quiet area at night. Hot tub was nice to use, and the view from at least our western corner room was beautiful! Many good restaurants literally within a short walk.

Walking into the lobby it smelled so nice and then check in was quick the front desk staff was very nice, the room was excellent the hot tub was ready to go bathroom had plenty of space we had a great view.

Daisy, Lady and Emily were great, wonderful stay.
