"WORST stay of my Life"

Ruined my grandson Prom. I will have my whole team give you all negative ratings. I drove from Chicago. I could have stayed at any hotel/Casino but I chose you all. My whole family. My granny his great Grammy came on a cane and your staff couldn't accommodate us. Im WILL never ever stay at your hotel. Casino. I will be a advocate until I die for people to not do business with you
