Es war sehr erholsam. Leider hat es nur geregnet. Das Personal war sehr nett. Auch die kleinen Geschenke vom Haus waren eine Freude. Sehr Aufmerksam.

Der überfüllte Spa-Bereich, Löcher im Stoff des Sofas im Eingangsbereich, Flecken auf dem Teppich im Foyer und in den Fluren, Dunkelheit auf den Fluren…..

"Erholung mitten in der Natur!"

Schönes Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung, Wasser, Extra Snacks am Abend waren eine tolle Überraschung. Wellnessbereich war schön und Ruheraum mit Blick auf den Wald. Tolle Frühstücksauswahl.

Personal an der Lobby war teilweise nicht ganz so nett. Dafür aber sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption (vor allem beim Check out). Preise vom Abendbuffet finde ich zu hoch mit 39 Euro, exklusive Getränke.

"Mehr Schein als Sein"

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Großer Spa-Bereich. Tolles Frühstück

Zimmerreinigung unzureichend (Lippenstift an Gläsern, Haare in Wanne, Staub überall, leere Verpackungen im Bad von den Gästen vor uns) Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter stark variierend. Wir kommen nicht nochmal.
