It’s a rather absurd place, you book one hotel but you find there’s a number of them all connected through some insanely long zigzagging corridors, you don’t just need a plan, you need a bloody gps! Then… the “thermal” special spas are basically one huge swimming pool with a weird shape and hardly any water massage pumps. The biggest one is full of screaming children, “the special one” is like a swimming pool with pebbles instead of tiles on the floor, and you get there with one very old elevator just to find there’s not much to do anyway. What I found most unpleasant was the totally unhelpful stuff. They just couldn’t be bothered to stretch for some extra help, all seemed completely unenthusiastic if not bored, lacking any empathy or desire to make your stay pleasant. Misfortunately, I traveled with my dog (as they claim to be pet friendly), he is an old dog and found the marble corridors very scary and slippery. There was a perfectly large door just next to the elevator to our room leading outside, I asked the “manager” to please open it for him and she said that it was an emergency door so she couldn’t open it. Total nonsense. She could definitely consider helping but instead she actually giggled!!! watching me placing a yoga mat all the way for the dog to reach the elevator. She absolutely enjoyed making me suffer, I wouldn’t be surprised if she even took pictures: that’s how sad this woman was! I should imagine what really makes her day is to ruin the stay of someone like me. As per the room, everything was old and dirty, bed was totally uncomfortable, I order room service which was the most untasty ever food… honestly for that price one could do so much better!!! Avoid at any price, please!
