La Locanda Delle Donne Monache

L’âme de cet endroit qui était un ancien couvent. Il est aménagé et décoré avec goût et beaucoup d’objets qui invitent au voyage. L’espace petit-déjeuner, terrasse, et piscine sont très agréables et au calme sous le clocher. La vue sur la ville est superbe. Le fait d’avoir un parking, même s’il faut monter 40 marches. Un voiturier s est occupé de nos bagages et de remettre la voiture au parking- merci.

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Altstadt von Maratea! Das ehemalige Kloster ist wunderschön saniert mit vielen liebevollen Details! Der Service (Parkservice, Kofferservice) war extrem gut! Sie ließen es sich nicht abnehmen…! Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Wir bekamen ein Upgrade…ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon! Für unseren kleinen Begleiter gab es einen Hundenapf mit Leckerchentütchen! Toller Pool mit ua Blick auf die Christus Statue auf dem Monte San Biagio! Der abendliche Bummel durch die Altstadt war schön…in der Nachsaison überhaupt nicht überlaufen! Das Frühstück war sehr gut!

Spezielles Hotel mit Geschichte. Viele schöne alte Möbel. Zimmer war sauber, grosse Dusche Unser Hund war willkommen. Schöne Poolanlage Parkplatz ist kostenlos

Unser Zimmer war klein und dunkel. Preis-Leistungsverhäktnis hat für uns nicht gestummen. Matratze ist sehr hart (auch für italienische Verhältnisse) Im Hotel hat es viele Treppen und es ist sehr verwinkelt. Bis zu unserem Zimmer waren es über 50 Stufen. Am Anfang habe ich kaum unser Zimmer gefunden. Frühstücksbuffet könnte reichhaltiger sein

A stunning setting and a characterful hotel in a lovely little town. The bar and pool area had great views. The rooms were clean and comfortable with phone, safe, plenty of space for clothes, nice toiletries etc. The staff were great: friendly and helpful.

It was not a problem for us but there are a lot of stairs in the property and to go down to the town. The staff were super helpful about carrying bags but it would not suit anyone who struggles with stairs. There was also not a lot of information provided about the hotel services: we discovered a fitness suite and that you could get a cooked breakfast but were not told about these. It is a pity that they do not serve dinner as often we did not feel like going out again after a day exploring.
