Their airport shuttle stops running at 5:00 PM. Sort of silly for an airport hotel. No recognition of my Marriott status and no complimentary water. I will not re-visit this property.
Hotel was out of the way from the traffic. Safe, comfortable and located around convenient stores. Would stay there again if I ever have to go in that direction again.
This is our go to place when we visit Lafayette! We had a few bumps this trip but for the most part they were handle with care by Staff & Management!

From check in to check out, everything was great. The property is easy to find, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the front desk crew was amazing. thank you!
Dirty, spots on furniture and floor. Fireplace and T-stat did not work, some type of entry in closet that did not close properly, one night table, light did not work on left side of bed, cable box was not mounted behind TV (just hung there belong it), couch cushions did not fit properly on couch, desk clerk was unconcerned about our complaints, breakfast was a croissant in a bag, original coffee was empty (both containers).
Great breakfast and coffee, customer service excellent, hotel is dated and needs upgrades and a deep carpet clean. Overall fine for a stay but definitely needs to be updated.
Great location with easy access to downtown and Girard Park. Perfect for festival goers.

This is my family & I go to hotel when we’re in town! We Love this hotel! The one thing that wasn’t pleasant to us this stay was the bed linen was real dingy, I think at some point these type of things should be REPLACED!
