I WAS able to switch rooms (thanks to the SUPER NICE front desk agent!) but the room was not very clean. It smelled FRESH like peppermint; that was GREAT unfortunately the terribly stained wall, the bug in the bed, the water standing in the dishwasher, the coffee pot that was so rusty & old after running straight water thru it 4 times STILL couldn’t get it clear….alone these things are not a big deal. When you are traveling with small children it’s a big deal. The breakfast is eggs, toast, cereal, oatmeal bar. If you don’t see any yogurt or fresh fruit, muffins ask the REALLY friendly, nice attendant & she is happy to refill or help You. Don’t look for breakfast meats or waffle/pancakes those are not offered. It is a small area, but we luckily stayed on the first floor so we didn’t have a long walk.

Book the room for over here and sat on the phone for over an hour at least trying to get the dates changed For them to just go back-and-forth one minute they would do it in the next minute they wouldn’t until finally I just gave up.
The first room I was given had a filthy toilet. There was a yellow grime on the side with multiple small hair stuck to it. The woman that came to look at it, didn’t say anything and at first acted like she didn’t see it, she was looking at the bathtub instead. I pointed it out and she said nothing,
Typical Residence Inn. New and fairly spacious but not as spacious as older Residence Inns.
Overall this is a nice hotel. Although the property is a little dated, I would recommend especially if you are traveling with your family.
Me & my family had an absolute wonderful time here. We will definitely be back soon.
