Pease note that when booking 5 rooms or more, we will request a 50% of the stay payment 48 hours after the booking date. The special cancellation policies for 5 rooms or more are 30 days prior to arrival. Also, if the guest doesn't pay the 50% of the stay, the booking might be canceled by the hotel. We would like to inform our valued guests that, in consideration of the comfort and tranquility of all our clientele, our four-legged friends are not allowed in our dining areas. However, we would be delighted to welcome your canine companions in the comfort of your room, where they can enjoy a pleasant stay at the Grand Hôtel du Lac. Nevertheless, we want to emphasize that guide dogs are an exception to this rule and are always welcome in our dining areas to ensure their mobility in complete safety. "Ein exquisiter Aufenthalt"

Ein traumhaft schönes, freundliches Hotel mit einem ausgezeichneten Service. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein richtiger Wohlfühlort direkt am See und der Uferpromenade und Blick auf die schneebedeckten Alpen.

Zum Frühstück kam ein junger Mann mit Muscleshirt. Ich sagte dass ich von einem Hotel dieses Ranges mehr Etikette erwartet hätte. Die überraschte mich äußerst positiv. Man hat den Gast gebeten, das Hotel zu verlassen. Chapeau!

Great hotel in a very calm area The hotel and the room were very clean. Forthcoming service and wonderful atmosphere Wonderful view from the balcony Good restaurants and excellent place outdoor to have refreshments Parking with wallboxes at entrance of the hotel

Room was warm (overheated?) but rest aspects were very good so it did not bother us much and we would return whenever coming back to this area.

"A Wonderful Family Getaway"

Our Family stayed at Grand Hotel du lac and had a lovely time. The hotel was beautiful, the location was excellent and the staff were truly the exceptional. Patrick made our morning breakfasts a memorable and special experience. His genuine kindness was felt deeply. The reception staff were also very helpful in providing wonderful tips and recommendations for things to do, places to eat and what transportation was best. We had a wonderful experience overall!
