"We came to visit our daughter at WVU and grossly overpaid for a very basic room that while clean and had friendly staff"

It was clean and close to college

The beds were not comfortable and the breakfast options were very limited also the price for the room was clearly inflated for a WVU game weekend and the hotel and amenities were not worth even half of what I was charged so that was disappointing

Employees were very nice

Friday night my room was freezing , I asked for my beat to be checked out due to the heater constantly pushing cold air out . unfortunately it was knocked looked at or repaired . . I requested a room change on saturday night which the staff obliged me very nicely .
