Extended Stay America Suites - Santa Rosa - South

The room was very quiet, and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The office staff accommodated our requests promptly and pleasantly. The hotel is conveniently located so we were easily able to get to the freeway, the town and the coast. We also appreciated a gas station so close.

We could have used one more pillow on the bed to support us against the padded headboard when watching TV. The room is very bare bones, so next time I will be sure to bring some basics, like paper towels, a corkscrew, and any special utensils for cooking or serving. We were disappointed in the 'grab and go' selections, some breakfast bars would have been a nice option in addition to the cheap packaged muffins.

Location and price. Also the staff was very helpful and plenty of parking available

The bed was not comfortable at all. Also there was no hair dryer in the room.

This place was so nasty the bathroom door handle was broke the nightstand paint was off the toilet was clogged and it had blood in it..the k9 police kept riding threw the parking lot the room smells so bad..it was a large presence of smokers..I would no recommend to stay here at all especially if you have kids

It’s fine, if looking for cheap and fairly safe, it beats the h out of the Park, Super 8, Sandman and motel 6. I work here a lot, those are all cruddy and not real safe feeling. The north extended stay is a bit nicer, but for the price difference between the two, definitely smarter to stay at south cost wise. But tbh the manager at both is a jerk. Like as far as I’m concerned, he made a threat to me, which is absolutely unacceptable. I had to not go to desk a few days to let temper calm down. But rest of the staff is good service and friendly. It’s a eh part of town, but could be worse. It isn’t ghetto or anything, just a keep to yourself type area. North feels a little less iffy. But the actual recliner chair and good tv, full size fridge and kitchenette are big plus factors. But for a few weeks on work trip, $300 a week cheaper adds up, so worth it.

Stuff was amazing and really made us feel comfortable during our stay . Thanks again, we will be back .

Limited breakfast options, some hard boiled eggs would be nice, but this is not a big deal.

Location very convenient

Room clean, bed comfortable. Missed Breakfast because we had to get to the start of the Santa Rosa Marathon very early in the morning. Easy parking. The property did allow us a 1hour later check out so we could use the shower before we left after the Marathon.

Could use a heavier blanket on the bed. Room had a linger of old smoke odor.

Nothing

Everything spent first 20 minutes killing flies no shampoo only hand soap. Old and outdated definitely not worth the money didn’t feel safe at all
