Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Shoreview-Mounds View, MN

Cheap. Mostly updated rooms. Our stay was for 3 nights. Breakfast wasn't the best. Which was fine. Our room wasn't able to get cleaned during our stay and unfortunately we were in a room that was extremely loud with sounds from county road J & 35w. Unfortunately they werent able to accommodate moving rooms. The kiddie pool was closed down and taped off. And it appears there's some upgrades needing to happen to the pool area. The jets in the hot tub are inconsistent and the pool is a little cold. Other than these issues it's a decent little hotel for the price.

Carpets dirty and worn out through out. Sticky bathroom floor. Sticky elevator floor and entry area. Room 426 exhaust fan didn’t work in bathroom

Breakfast was sub par, Rooms and furniture were run down and worn. Staff was nice. Fitness equipment was not working properly. Will not stay there again.

Great hot breakfast! Clean rooms relaxing atmosphere

This is a moderately expensive hotel. I chose it for the close proximity to my destination. Pro: The room was nice, smelled good. Check-in was smooth. The breakfast was nice. CONS! There was no daily room service--the bed was not straightened etc. The in room coffee only had 3 decaf pods. None were resupplied. WE DO NOT LIKE DECAF! NO towel bars and the towels were not restocked during our three night/two day say. SO, we were forced to reuse the same damp bath towel that had not been hung to dry properly. The toilet paper was evidently designed for use in prisons! ALSO: THERE WAS NO WAY TO DARKEN THE ROOM FOR SLEEPING AT NIGHT. THE DRAPE ARRANGEMENT WOULD NOT CLOSE MORE THAN 1/3 OF THE WINDOW So, I would not choose this motel again. Jeneda Mickelson, Bella Vista, AR .

Excellent staff. Outdoor pool is fantastic

Great location, friendly staff, easy check in and out and very clean rooms.

The water slide is only available when “extra” staff are available. We never had a chance to use this feature. The property is basic and in need of an upgrade. The free breakfast is heavy on simple carbs, scrambled eggs and some pork meat.

This location was close to the NSC, and had all the amenities that you need. It’s not a high-end hotel, so go into knowing that it is clean and safe and the bedding was comfortable
