HUA szobával alapvetően nem volt probléma, azon kívül, hogy a hűtés-fűtés központilag ki volt kapcsolva és kb. 17 fok volt. Megfelelő hangszingetelése volt.
Nem Pieve Santo Stefanoban van, hanem egy közeli autópályapihenőben. Nem szálloda módjára üzemel, a főbejárat zárva, információ nincs hogy lehet bejutni. (A benzinkút shopja felől lehet megközelíteni.) Recepciós nincs, a telefont senki sem veszi fel. A benzinkúton dolgozó alkalmazottak adják ki a kulcsokat, többen közülük kelletlenek voltak és semmilyen idegen nyelvet nem beszélnek. A szállodai folyosóin késő estig és hajnaltól zaj van. Ár/érték arányban kifejezetten rossz és az egész kellemetlen élmény volt.

Entrance not through a shop. Somewhere to sit and have food. Staff that didn’t treat us like we were an inconvenience.

Il ristorante convenzionato è quello "dell'autogrill", male per personale ampiamente sottostimato che ha creato confusione sia nelle ordinazioni, nelle cotture, nei tempi. Da rivedere perché il problema non è dei due ragazzi al lavoro, il problema è che ce ne volevano altri due.
