USLuca at the front desk was very helpful and kind, and the rooms were comfortable, cool, and clean. It was quiet and straightforward.
It’s in a slightly strange location—part of a truck stop. (Maybe that’s why it’s cheap!) We felt safe during our stay and were able to get there ok by foot (as pilgrims walking from La Verna we had no vehicle), but it was slightly hard to locate on a map and was a mile from the town.

La struttura si trova all'interno di un'area di servizio sulla strada statale, quindi non ci si può spostare senza un mezzo. Gli arredi e i letti sono molto spartani ma l'insieme è stato confortevole. Inaspettatamente una colazione abbondante e con prodotti molto freschi, solo di dolci, nulla di salato, ma per noi andava bene. Il punto è decisamente comodo per raggiungere Città di Castello e altre località in zona.
Una maggiore pulizia come per gli anni passati sarebbe auspicabile.
