Overall a great location in a bad part of town. The hotel is more of a motel - it can’t help the area around it has become seedy. Hotel staff friendly and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. Surprisingly comfy beds!! On site laundry which we did not use but was very popular. If you don’t mind staying a night or two in a less desirable area, you’ll have a decent stay here. Only 20 minutes from Pike Place.

Not a thing I am very disappointed and disgusted with this place false information and this is the 2 nd time that I have booked with booking.com and I been booked in a very dangerous place and hotel staff and room disgusting

Not safe staff here horrible service and poor customer support and the start very rude
