Warm and friendly staff, and complimentary breakfast. Availability of microwave and fridge in unit.

Loud vent; not the most sound-proof walls. Curtains don't block light well.

Tv didnt work was froze and made a terrible noise, wasn't clean heater didn't work and made noise

Nothing worked

The location is close to downtown and provides easy access to all locations like the space needle and the Amazon sphere and such

There are too many homeless people around. Some even came onto the property and were sitting under the staircase. 2 of them must have had an issue and started shouting loudly at each other. This scared my wife and daughter causing us to cut short our stay and check out.

I liked the tub, but the jets were not working. No grab bars to around the tub.

The guy at the front desk was a super nice guy, and really helpful. From the streets looking in, I was actually a little concerned about the choice to stay there, but to my surprise, the room was pretty clean and comfortable. The beds are a little outdated but do the trick.

The location was ok. But WAY too many people doing drugs in front of the buildings, and prostitutes walking up and down the road during the day and night. But it’s easy to get to down town, the zoo, and many other places. So if you’re looking to stay with young children, just beware of the junkies and other things they may see while there.

Had no nice things to say

Unfortunately the staff had been less than helpful and would much rather have people who are prepared to pay in cash for their stay on the streets. Going through unfortunate events in misplacing a wallet, I offered cash and they refused to allow me one night because I didn’t have a card with my name on it. I offered to extend extra cash for any accidental fees. The location was filthy and unkept in the lobby.. I will never recommend this area to anyone
