Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Union City - Dyer St

I like the place. It's safe, with plenty of restaurants around to choose from, shopping, walkable, and convenient. But cleaning the room is very hard for them to follow their schedule. they clean the room once a week. I have been staying in Union City, California, for over two weeks already. And not even once have they cleaned my room. I requested every end of the week, and no one came to clean. I cleaned it myself. Sad but true. The front desk gave me a broom with a broken dustpan. And I have to return right away after I use it. Fremont and Newark are better and they clean the room every week. I rated the hotel like 3 stars. They have more push cart to use.

This place is for a family sta. They have refrigerator and microwave in the rooms.

Pool was broken

Okay the pool was not working and lots of police

Friendly and helpful staff, clean accomodations, great location, altogether an excellent experience!

Breakfast was too limited.

Check in was slow. No toiletries in the bathroom. Room and bedding was clean but bed was terrible. Horrible smell in the hallway. Smell was gone in the morning. Breakfast was a joke. Would not stay again

That it was close to everything.

Staff not friendly. When checking in the reception desk the staff member wrote my personal info down on paper and in the system. We were not warned about our room. No toilet trees. No dishes in the kitchenette. Fridge leaks.
