"Couldn’t take a hot shower"

I like all the shopping centers and the area

I didn’t like that the water temperature wasn’t hot. The shower was broken and I didn’t get the room that I reserved.

"Overall it was okay."

The breakfast was okay, no savory items like egg. No hot milk either.

Special requests are not well accommodated. We checked in the evening so requested an extension of 1-2 hours in check out, but they were very strict about it.

"The lack of cleanliness and freshness was disappointing."

The location was fine.

Calling a granola bar and a mini muffin breakfast is inappropriate. The entire 2nd floor and elevators smelled like pot or beef. It was very unpleasant. Toiletries should be in the room, not at the front desk.
