There was a kitchen, but not anything for the kitchen, no utensils, no pots or pans. We had to request it in the reception. They didn't have any pots or pans available the first night, so we didn't really have a kitchen. They luckily had it available the second night. For all of the utensils we only got one per person, but nothing to wash it up with, so we weren't able to reuse it and didn't bother going down to the reception a third time to ask for it.

Excellent maintenance and customer service.

Some trouble with the microwave, quickly fixed. Low-flow toilet remained a problem, nothing unusual there.

The bed was so uncomfortable it gave me a backache. Horrible bed.
