Chalet Motel Mequon

As expected for an older property; certainly serviceable though.

Nice place to stay at an affordable price.

The building is a little old but the room was very clean, the bed super comfortable and the staff very nice.

Staff were friendly. The restaurant had good food. Area is safe

The exterior of the property was very dirty. We were on a 2nd floor room and to get up to our room we had to walk through a lot of bird feces and the handrail was covered in it as well. The latch on the shower door was broken.

Stayed here for 2 nights while we came out for the Wisconsin state fair.. property is old looking in a charming way but the rooms were very clean and comfortable with daily servicing. We had actual water pressure in a motel shower!! The TV had Ruku access (although we never did figure if out. It’s not the ritz but did exceed our expectations… would boom again if in the area..

This is an older property that still has outdoor entrance to your room. But it is very clean and quiet...with nice beds. No breakfast...and no amenities.

When I arrived I was told my reservation from several month ago did not have a room assigned. The only thing available was two smaller beds instead of the king bed I reserved

Check in took over 15 minutes. No one at desk rang the bell and waited a few minutes. Rang bell again and still waited. Walked to back and noone to be seen. Waited a few more minutes 😫 Looked up phone number and called. Rang and Rang and Rang. Finally someone came from outside to help me. She had trouble finding our reservation. Then she gave us a key to a room that wasn't clean and had unmade beds. Back down to front desk goes my husband and this time a different person at front desk who gave us a room that was ready. Check in took almost 30 minutes We should have gotten compensated for the aggravation
