Hotel à proximité de la gare et de nombreux restaurants. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais c'est abordable. Personnel agréable.

Pas de lumière dans la salle de bains, on s'est doucher dans le noir ! Le coin douche est tellement petit qu'on peut à peine bouger. Un gobelet sous plastique était moisi !

Personnel disponible et agréable. Salle de petit-déjeuner et bar bien pratiques. Proximité de la gare, de la Place de la Liberté. Petit balcon donnant sur le carrefour tranquille, vue rafraîchissante.

I stayed at this hotel for a week; I had picked it online, knowing nothing, other than what was written in the search results. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the old town, and within a short walk from the train and 'bus stations. The atmosphere was very welcoming from the beginning, with a young, but efficient, receptionist there for assistance. The room was more than big enough for me, clean, with air-conditioning that did not need adjustment all week (never varied from the set temperature.). As a cheap hotel, you get what you pay for; I was more than happy with the value, and have no grumbles about any shortcomings. The bar area is nice and quiet, if you want to relax; food is available,a small selection of well-cooked and presented meals and snacks. The beer (Grimbergen) is high quality, and not expensive compared to other places. I was on the 1st floor and did not have any problem sleeping, as the surrounding streets were very quiet at night. The sound-proofing between the rooms is in accordance with the age of the building, not good, but not enough noise to wake me, once I had got off to sleep. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and good value for the price.
