Location and parking

This message I hope gets read by the owners. It’s going to cost you money down the road. If you don’t read this message It had been recently remodeled, but no inspection on the construction companies remodel job of the room several things not done The pictures on the wall are on one side of the room and nothing on the other side. The worst thing is the shower curtain only comes down to the top of the tub allowing water to run on the floor. Also, the toilet seat lid would’ve been nice if they would’ve spent a couple dollars more and bought the self closing soft so it doesn’t bang when you close it. Also I’m sending a picture of the electronics hanging down from the TV set. Also, the TV set is pointed at the ceiling instead of downward. I don’t know who inspected this room and said it was OK to rent, but it certainly needs a contractor to come back and finish, but I’m concerned about your floor getting too much water in the bathroom with the shower curtain rod being mounted too high

Location, price.

Employees are very nice and respectful and helpful.

The sheets were stained it look like blood.

Elevator under renovations is a bitof a concern. Had to ask for bedding for sofa bed.

The beds are comfortable. the pool feels so good. it's nice and clean. we stay there every time we come to Ruidoso.

Breakfast was just okay
