Sea Watch Resort

Great trip, lots to do, kids had a blast, the laundry room was great no wait, worth the time and money, beach is always clean and lots of shells for collecting

The Seawatch resort never disappoints!! We always stay here and the facility and staff are amazing. Mark greeted us at check in and was very kind and helpful. Also make sure you visit Marvin at the Captains Cove for breakfast!!

Property was decent. No bathrooms by the pool area was a huge negative.

We recently stayed in South tower room 814 and it was a wonderful experience. Everything felt updated from the flooring to the fixtures. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony view was beautiful. Overall,I highly recommend South tower room 814 for anyone looking for a clean, modern and comfortable stay. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay! My only complaint is the pull out bed from the wall had a terrible smell! I had the pleasure of meeting a beautiful women at the desk one night! (Miss Kim) She is a hard worker, a woman of integrity and a wonderful representative of Seawatch. I enjoyed talking with her so much, I made a point to stop by and see her every night! She will forever hold a special place in my heart. Can't wait to be back next year!

Always smelled like cat pee on the 16th floor. There was water damage on the floor by the door. Black mold by the ac vent and on the ceilings. The area was good for my family but the rooms and over all hotel was not a hit.

Fun place to stay, very close to the beach and plenty of space with all the pools. Room could use some updating for the price.

Our room was wonderful and it had a fireplace. I love the colors and it was a wonderful stay. We stayed last year and the maids were very unfriendly but they do not have service when they come clean your room. That's one thing I did not like about it.

We absolutely love Sea Watch. This was our third trip in two years! Our kids love the pools and the proximity to the beach. Just a quick elevator ride and a walk through the beautiful pool deck, past the cute tiki hut where you can grab a frozen cocktail and you’re on the beach. The kids had a blast participating in the rubber ducky race that took place in one of the TWO lazy rivers. It’s also so close to all of the amazing mini golf courses nearby. All of the staff are wonderful and friendly. Special shout out to Mark at the front desk. He seemed genuinely happy to be speaking with us as we checked in and got our vacation started off right. I’m sure we will be visiting Sea Watch over and over again for many years to come.

North Tower, 1611. Room was ready early. Went through pre-registration online so check-in process was quick. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of bell stand carts available. Check-in parking has limited but sufficient short term spots. Regular onsite parking is plentiful both inside and outdoors but the spaces themselves are tight. Very good view of ocean from inside and on patio (2 chairs, small table) of this advertised "ocean view" condo. Room was clean and equipped with 2's 📺, 2 king beds in front bedroom, pull down bed in the ocean side living room, and 2 small closets. 1 of the king beds is crammed next to a closet so it's a squeeze to get to it. Numerous furniture items are dated but functional. Kitchen area is small but comes with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, ice maker (not needed since ice machine about 50' away), plates, glassware, and utensils, coffee maker, disposal, closet, and the temperature control. Bathroom is small but has shower/ tub, hair blower, and limited towels. Can request more but bring your own toiletry items. Building itself has 4 elevators, restaurant (service good, food so-so), arcade and fitness rooms, and gift shop. The laundry room is very small with only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers to service the entire building. Multiple pools that are clean and safe. Poolside bars with DJ at times. Great beach accessibility. Checkout is quick and easy. Overall a worthwhile resort to stay at.
