En äldre Kvinna på receptionen var väldig otrevlig och kunde inte engelska, hon hade inte vilja att hjälpa till och pratade arg när jag frågade om några saker samtidigt.

The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful and helped us translate with the owner, who would only speak or yell german to us, which we don't understand.

This is really didn’t live up to our expectations. We booked this hotel, because it was the only one that had a pool that was still open. The pool is very small and dirty, with green lumps and the water greasy. The spa area is very small, dark and disappointing and they charge €25 for the sauna. We have payed nearly €300 for a suite and its small an has a green neon light and shades for the windows and looking into a wall. We have tried getting our money back but they refuse to do that. This place is not kept in good shape. Fx. the door to the bathroom doesn't close and there's marks on the walls several places. The beds are a bad quality and very hard to sleep on, one of them has a bumps in the middle that is hard to avoid sleeping on. The place was super cold and we all got a cold from sleeping there.

Un hotel bonito, cuidado y muy cercano a Split. El desayuno fue muy bueno, con una vistas espectaculares al mar y un buen trato del personal.

Hay que llevar el traductor preparado, la señora de recepción no habla inglés, te habla sin parar en su idioma y no hay manera de conseguir enterarte de nada, por suerte llegó una chica que hablaba español y todo se solucionó.

Great location. We did not want to stay in the busy town of Split. This was the perfect location, easy to drive into Split, but quiet and peaceful and away from the town. Great views. Clean room, basic toiletries provided, balcony to sit on and enjoy the view . Parking was very convenient. Great sunset!! There is a great fish restaurant (Amigos) a few minutes walk away.

It would have been nice to have had a kettle to make drinks. We got soaked through in a downpour and were cold when we arrived back at the room. The restaurant was closed and we could not make a hot drink to warm up. The heating was not on and we were unable to dry our soaking wet clothes and shoes. The restaurant was closed for evening meals. I had asked for gluten free bread to get available for breakfast but this was not provided.

Läget var fantastiskt nära stranden och nära till buss och restauranger.

Tyckte beskrivningen på booking inte stämde riktigt. Spa avdelningen bestod av en ouppvärmd pool och en bastu. Restaurangen var väldigt anonym visste inte riktigt om det var öppet eller ej. Frukosten blev lite enformig när vi bodde en hel vecka. Ägarinnan pratade bara tyska och ville inte försöka att göra så vi förstod varandra.

Absolutely horrible staff, F everybody there. Such rude, disrespectful and soulless people. I wish I had never booked this hotel in the first place.

Le petit déjeuner était sobre et sans changement d’un jour à l’autre dommage La propriétaire de l’hôtel ne s’exprime pas en anglais pour les étrangers français, heureusement que son employé est charmante et elle fait l’effort de parler l’anglais
