The staff was over the top amazing and helpful. Also very accommodating

No real sugar for coffee creamer.

The location of the hotel was great, we didn't eat at the facilities.

When we arrived we had to stand there while there were 2 people at the counter helping one person. We waited 10 minutes before being helped. They charged my card for incidentals and I had already paid for the night. So I'm still waiting for that to be returned. The carpet on our floor looked like they hadn't cleaned it in a long time. It was black at the end of the hallway and in front of each door. In our room, there was food, or blood on the wall above the table and when I went to use the sink in the bathroom it had something slimy all over the hot water handle. Made me nervous to stay there and sleep. The staff was nice enough but there should be some better pride in the facilities and cleanliness. Just felt dirty and uncared for.

The breakfast is elementary, just some cupcakes.

The rooms were clean

There was no breakfast. When reserving it said there was a full breakfast. There was only coffee and it was cold and granola bars. There was also no kitchen equipment and no dish soap

Didn’t want anything made there

Cops in the lobby the trash outside the smell of the place was bad

Overall ok for price

It was not very clean. Hair still appeared on counter and other areas of the room
