The location and staff service were excellent and suited my purpose well. There was a timely fresh breakfast each morning (very good but it would be great to have a few more veggies). The bathroom and bed were fresh and comfy.

I didn't get time to try all facilities. The only aspect that was a little bit of a detriment were ants and mosquitoes around the door / window , but those are natural to the environment.

Malý hotýlek v klidné čtvrti, kde se nachází velké množství nejrůznějších restaurací všeho druhu. Pokoje jsou dostatečně velké, vybavené i malou kuchyňkou.

Kvůli tenkým stěnám je slyšet všechno. Snídaně jsou na evropský standard bída - žádná zelenina, šunka, salám nebo sýr. Z ovoce jen pár kousků melounu. Míchaná nebo vařená vejce se slaninou opravdu nedávají moc velký výběr! A džus v krabičce s brčkem jsem naposledy měla na základní škole ke svačině. To se na hotelovou snídani opravdu nehodí!

We received a lovely warm welcome when we arrived and the gentleman on reception was very helpful making sure we had everything that we needed. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable with little extra details that made it feel extra special. As we had traveled a long way, being able to get a carry out and take to the room to eat was an added benefit. The breakfast was very good with a very good choice. We were sad to leave this fantastic hotel which is in a great location for exploring the beautiful city of Ottawa, an we will definitely be back.

Everything was brilliant.

Chambre propre et bien équipée (balcon, télévision, frigo, micro-ondes, bouilloire, cafetière). Déjeuner fourni bon et apprécié. Bien situé à distance de marche du centre-ville d’Ottawa.

Le stationnement est étroit avec un nombre de places limitées. Une voiture bloquait la nôtre le matin de notre départ, mais les employés ont été gentils et efficaces pour déplacer la voiture.

Great location, staff very friendly, good value. Being on a high floor (6th) and having a balcony was nice.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and was noisy.
