Dar El jadida

Omar, host, was extremely friendly. He sent the man to help to find hostel because Google leads you to the wrong place. I recommend Omar to post the directions or recommend app which finds hotel. In any case the man showed me tight away. Omar treated me with coffee and pastries on the roof top with wonderful view of El Jadida and ocean. He also trated me with coffee and pastries in the morning and personally drove in his car to the train station for free. H e did not charge me for coffee either. I think this stay in dar will add something special and different to your experience. The washroom is outside your room but very close shared only with one other person.

It is clean, room is big with a lot of space. And owner is very kind and welcoming. He doesn’t speak english but he put effort to establish understanding, which is great for me. French he speak amazingly. All in all it was very good experience. If you go to El Jadida, I recomend to stay here.

Great place for a short stay in El Jadida. Right in the historic Portuguese City. I had a spacious room with a nice clean en suite bathroom. The view from the terrace is amazing, and there is an extremely affectionate cat in residence there called Minooj! Husni couldn't have been more helpful, recommending a restaurant, accompanying me to the grand taxi station, and politely tolerating my terrible French. Shukran!

The mattress was a bit lumpy, but fine for a night or two.

Great stay in a nice hostel, with spacious rooms in a (mostly) quiet corner of the medina. Easy to find and not far from wherever you want to go. Be sure to walk along the top of all the nearby medina walls! Good price for private room. Host Hosni is terrific and very helpful. When I first arrived, he invited me to dine with him and he served the most delicious raisin-nut-meat couscous I've ever tasted. Highly recommended. I would stay here again.

Everything 🥰 ….. Hounis was super kind and really went out of his way to make sure all was ok. He really is a top host 🙏. Rooftop terrace was lovely to sit and relax and enjoy the sound of the sea, the view of the citè from the rooftop was as authentic as it could get 👍. Everywhere was clean and respectable. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. A mega big thankyou to Hounis and if ever I’m in this area of Morrocco again I would definitely stay here.

The location, near the centre of town, distance walk from the beach, clean, hossni was very helpful and ready to satisfy any request. And also a very safe place in a historical site
