They never sent me a single message, they didn't answer the texts/calls, they didn't answer to knocking at the door or ringing the bell. Nothing. I was left without accommodation and I had to find a new one. I would say terrible communication, but there was no communication at all. Lost money.

Very nice location in the Portuguese City and with a pretty rooftop terrace to sit on.

The host was friendly but a bit difficult to communicate with. We were told that the kitchen is private, even though it is listed on the booking. Upon insisting he still allowed us to use the kitchen as an exception, but it was a bit confusing and uncomfortable.

Everything, nothing was like they show in the app, i didn't stay there, they was rebuilding the room, there was mattress against the wall, two kids bike inside, the floor was disgusting, and the couple (landlord) was fighting for more than a half hour, i tried to get refund, but i didn't have an answer

Friendly host and nice terrace, good location.

The room was not as described on booking.com. Toilet outside the room, no tea/coffee making facilities. The waterboiler for the shower looked so dodgy that I didn't dare to use it. The room looked very run down and was not very clean, the linen smelly.
