Eu amei esse hotel! Quando vc chega já vê aquele mar lindo, a piscina, o clima alegre e descontraído. Tomar seu café da manhã olhando para o mar é maravilhoso, comida excelente, atendimento nota mil, tudo Limpinho sempre, impecável!

La playa con piedras podría ser el único punto en contra que le veo al hotel, pero obviamente eso no depende del hotel, simplemente asi es la ubicación y se arregla con unos zapatos de playa y listo

Adorei o hotel , logo q vc chega já tem a piscina e o mar esperando por você, tudo limpinho, os restaurantes pé na areia, comida deliciosa, tudo fresquinho!!! Todas as pessoas de todos os serviços prestados pelo hotel foram muito atenciosos. Volto com certeza, foi muito relaxante , tudo o que eu precisava, total desconexão com o mundo lá fora !

The beach was beautiful and the location was nice and quiet and relaxing

There was no communication about where we locate restaurants or activities. We later learned from another guest that there was an app that would show us all the restaurants. Our room for the price was not great. Water stains from things not fully getting repaired and we paid for an upgrade beachfront room. Again learned from another guest we were put in the old building. Once we found it, food was good, beverages were good and the nightclub was a blast. We met really fun people at secrets. I would go back but ask more questions to be sure I understood all before just accepting a room.

An exceptional stay that exceeded our expectations. From the pre-arrival service—thank you to Ingrid Medina—to the impeccable attention throughout, everything was seamless. Angel at the Preferred Lounge Bar and Fatima at the Preferred pool and beach delivered outstanding, attentive service. The breakfast hostesses at Market Café and Bordeaux were equally warm and welcoming. The suite, the views, and the overall level of service were fantastic and made our birthday weekend celebration unforgettable. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

The AC unit was a bit noisy and didn’t cool properly at first, but the issue was addressed very quickly and efficiently once we reported it.

The staff was very friendly, working hard to make everything enjoyable for all guests. The beach & sea were lovely.

1. Aggressive hard sell to book dinners/spa & learn more about purchasing resorts & trips. Wouldn't take no for an answer. Happened immediately upon arrival instead of waiting in a more pleasant place while we waited for our room to be ready. We stayed in a locked room (need card to enter or exit) with a dirty food case with a small bun with a slab of ham & cheese. 2. Our room was musty with a sewage smell that worsened as we stayed. We kept the doors opened & once someone noticed and immediately brought help to clean a drain. It didn't help the problem. 3. Limited food choices, tasteless dishes, tasteless desserts 4. Cheesy entertainment 5. Never enough beach chairs

This resort is terrible. Rooms are terrible, black mold in them on the patio curtians, sewer gas smell is very bad, food was "meh" to bad, cocktails were "meh". We had to move rooms twice due to leaking bathroom ceiling, sewer gas smell was so bad, mold in the room, TV's did not work for evening watching. That was unreal, we felt like were were in a bad dream! We paid extra for perferred club; what a waste of money! All the perferred areas there were no chairs ever on the beach, no chairs by the preferred pool, they don't have a way to check who is using them from the non preferred area of the resort, no wrist bands, not enough beach chairs; paid extra but didn't get to use what we paid extra for. Resort is a dump! Save your money and go to a different resort.
