Mercure Centro Port Macquarie

The room was well furnished and clean, with a balcony. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room service was efficient, good quality and well priced. There was a good selection of teas in the room. I was able to get a parking spot on the street directly outside the hotel. Most of the shops were only a short walk away.

The shower leaked over the entire bathroom floor. Unfortunately, my view was mostly of a car park. Breakfast was underwhelming for the price, and the barista coffee was an extra charge.

My only complaint the shower leaked and there was water all over the floor.

Breakfast was basic

Bath unclean with rust around jets, carpet was unclean and needs replacing, very run down. Pictures on website are very deceiving.

The staff were friendly and helpful and there was an excellent restaurant on site with a cosy bar area.
