"I will definitely consider staying at Mercure Centro on my next trip to Port !"

A comfortable and well-equipped room for my short stay, A comfortable bed and sofa bar fridge & TV. Nice (small ensuite bathroom) with an excellent shower. I liked this room ! I must add a big thank you to Sonja (GM) who was extremely friendly and helpful.

I was happy with everything about the Mercure Centro.

"Happy mum, dad and daughters. That loved the pool and swimming in the rain"

Reception and bar staff super friendly and welcoming. Room very comfortable and clean. Staff has made up the sofa bed for my two daughters prior to our arrival. I was able to send them a quick message to ask them if they could and they were very happy to. Had dinner at the bar and grill and buffet breakfast was included in our price. Overall 10/10 and would recommend to friends and family.

Some restaurant staff weren't very welcoming. Could barely look up from the register while I was waiting to ask for a menu. Bought our dinner over to us and just overall just wasn't in a friendly manner.

"Gut und zentral"

Sehr zentral gelegen gutes Frühstück. Parken war im Umfeld kostenfrei möglich (öffentliche Parkplätze)

Das Zimmer war wesentlich kleiner als angegeben, hatten sogar nachgemessen. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

"Was nice, but not sure it was worth the expense"

Room was comfortable, one of the bedside lamps didn't work. Restaurant was lovely, but insanely expensive. Pool looked great, but it rained during our stay so we didn't get to jump in. Free parking was also appreciated.

Bathrooms are a little dated and could have better provisions given the high cost.

Comfortable, bathroom amazing and perfect comfort

There was no mini bar. In other hotels there is made available a small folder of information , what to do in the area. In this hotel room it’s reliant on the tv or scanning the QR code.
