Convenient where we were needing and recently priced

Pool was not working and we were there for a ball tournament after the third day the pool worked I can’t understand why they wouldn’t have had it fixed before summer started and very disappointed that I can’t get my comfort my points because I booked through Booking.com and never told that

The pillows were awful. little half square pillows and bathroom wasn't very clean.

The pillows were terrible hard and lumpy. And my room had fleas.

Carpet is old looked dirty

The breakfast was really good! The AC in our room worked great.

The beds were super uncomfortable (very firm), our room smelled gross (musty), when we got there we waited in line for almost 20 minutes because no one was to be found at the front desk (there were about 5 families waiting in line to be checked in, once the staff got there it did go quick), also they were training a staff member when we went down to buy water and whoever was training was horrible! It took forever for us to get our water because they just kept letting the trainee fail instead of guiding them and teaching them what to do.
