Lobby and breakfast area were nice.

Booked handicapped with walk-in shower. They gave the room to someone else. Ours had a tub. It had a grab bars at the back, but not one at the end of the tub, so I couldn't get in. Also, the tub was slippery. The pillows were terrible. Two lamps didn't work. Bed dipped in the middle. Won't be staying here again.

Breakfast was adequate - fewer options than other La Quintas where I stayed. ...Only 2 kinds of cold cereal, 2 kinds of danish/muffin, etc

Desk staff met minimum requirements. One girl offered such little conversation, I felt I had to ask her if she felt alright!

1-el desayuno las 3 oportunidades tuve que esperar por la preparacion ya que cocinan poca cantidad y variedad. el desayuno debe estar listo bien temprano y en cantidades .. no colocar las cosas poco a poco ..algo tan basico. 2. En el pasillo estaban unos huespedes que tenian perros los cuales nos despertaron bien temprano, ladraban en todo el pasillo y sus duenos no hacian nada POR CALLARLOS. eso nos causo molestias porque queriamos descansar y eso nos intemrrumpio nuesro descanso el fin de semana. Agradezco tomar en cuenta a la hora de asignar habitaciones dividir las areas con huespedes que no lleven mascotas para asi no molestar . 3- No aseaban la habitacion, reemplazaban las toallas ni siquiera sacaban la basura.. tuve que buscar una housekepper y solicitarle papel y toallas sin embargo me informo que no tenia.. De verdad deben cuidar que el hospedaje sea placentero y entro eso se incluye la limpieza. 4- Una sugerencia deben cambiar las toallas, sacar basura colocar papel higienico nuevo. 5- al huesped iniciar su estadia debe tener todo limpio, espejos, pisos mesas, ventanas, alfombras y el papel nuevo. no colocar papel ya usado que deje otro huesped eso se ve mal y baja reputacion al hotel.

Nice TV, the bed was comfortable, and a good size room.

It took some time for the AC to get the room cool. I checked in late so the room temp wasn't comfortable for about an hour or so. Some unidentifiable sticky substance on the bedside table.

Location..there is a Wendy's right across from the hotel and a gas station. The free breakfast was good. Had eggs, waffles, fruit, yogurt, toast, biscuits and gravy, juice, coffee. Most..not all..of the front desk people were friendly. Kyler..I believe was his name.. was the best. Room was clean. Parking was ample and easy.

Shower/bathtub combo..the drain would collect as you are taking a shower..didn't drain well..hallway carpet was dirty..workout room..equipment was broken..only 3 machines..handle was broken on treadmill..couldn't use..never was fixed throughout our stay...lady who checked us out, never emailed us our receipt per our request..the texting system is not manned...they sent a text saying to reply and they will respond to any requests you may need during your stay..and they never did.
