Very clean quiet and peaceful

Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean

Made reservation w credit card day before, 3 adults, 1 dog. Asked for 1st floor due to rescue dog that doesn't do stairs, elevators. Arrived and given room on 2nd floor as first floor was full . Cancelled reservation and room fees not refunded at time because manager was not there in afternoon. If no refund, will write another review. Thankfully found an accommodating motel in area but rushed to get to event in town.

we wanted a place close to the University, and this place is close to walk to it. It is also close to dining options. It is a very safe neighborhood. the staff are very friendly; the room was cozy and very clean, with kitchen, a small living rm with tv screen and the bedrm also with tv screen. Next time we will stay there again!

Everything went well, until three AM Had loud banging close to toom 301. Was concerned of illegal activity The rest of the stay went well

It was everything we needed for a stay overnight. In town for the Lincoln Marathon.
