Wir haben über booking gebucht und als wir ankamen war das Hotel restlos ausgebucht obwohl bei booking weiterhin 6 freie Zimmer angezeigt wurden. Wir mussten uns ein anderes Hotel suchen UND haben das Geld nicht zurück bekommen!

Location

I’ve always trusted Booking with their ratings. Room was average, the pool was full of leaves, and the pillows on my bed were terrible . The front desk was exceptionally helpful. Booking gave a rating in the high 8/10. I personally would have not given a rating that high

"Frustration, but good."

Location, clean, safe

One website had it as pet friendly. I booked a room for our granddaughter who planned to bring her dog. I then discovered it really was not pet friendly. I lost all the money for 1 room.
