Everything, this place was horrible

It was a Mice climbing the building. The guy checking in was rude and I had to pay 40 dollars to switch to a non smoking room.

I didn’t really like my experience. When I first arrived, the staff told me they don’t accept third-party bookings and were about to cancel my stay. After some back and forth, they changed their mind and let me stay, but told me that next time I’d have to call the hotel directly to book. It was a confusing and stressful start to my trip.

I did not like my stay at all. The room was in terrible condition — the bathroom window was broken and kept opening from the outside, which felt unsafe since anyone could have come in. The bedroom window glass was cracked, and the front door was difficult to open. The bed and sheets were in poor shape, with cigarette burns on the bedding. The entire room smelled strongly of smoke, even though it was a smoking room — there was no ventilation at all. When I asked for extra pillows and towels, the housekeeper made a face and never brought them. I was only given two towels, and even after asking again, I received just one or two more. I stayed from Friday to Sunday, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
