"Value for money"

Overall this is not a bad hotel/apartment complex. The rooms are clean if slightly tired and the pool is area is well maintained and comfortable and there are regular bus runs down to the nearby sandy beach. The hotel is located a few miles from the nearest town so a car is essential. The nearby 'island' of Argentario is well worth a visit with great eating and sights. Siena and lower Tuscany is an easy drive. This area is mainly used by Italian and German tourists so dont expect any Brit Pubs. One criticism of the hotel is that the restaurant is poor. The breakfast was just OK and there was no lunch available. So dont book half board.
