Le personnel était très très accueillant et on fait l effort de parler français avec nous. De très bons conseils également sur les restaurants aux alentours. Beaucoup de bienveillance à l accueil, à la piscine et au petit déjeuner.

L emplacement un peu éloigné du centre mais ce n est pas de leur faute.

Frokost helt OK. Oppvarmet utendørs basseng.

Hun som fremsto som sjef på hotellet var lite positiv og imøtekommende. Når man henvendte seg til de yngre ansatte "tok hun over" oppgavene uten å la de gi oss et svar. Fikk det til å fremstå som om de ikke var i stand til å utføre jobben sin uten hjelp fra henne. Generelt lite smil og positivitet fra henne. Ikke mulig å få kjøpt mat i bassengbar/restaurant på dagtid. Når man har et tilbud med utendørs basseng så bør det være mer tilgjengelig enn kun drikke. Rommene var veldig lytt. Man hørte alt naboene foretok seg og sa.
