The location is perfect. I upgraded to a room w/balcony and am so happy I did! I arrived just before midnight, and while check went smoothly, my (first) room smelled of damp and old cigarette smoke. The recepionist was super service minded and gave me a new room few floors down as soon as I mentioned it. Had no issues with the new room (same category).

The first room I was given smelled bad.

This hotel is right in the heart of Granada, esdy walking distance to some attractions and the taxi rank is right outside. Good value and well worth an extra star.

We had a room facing the front, it was small but that didn't matter. The problem was very bad lighting options and the noise from the square.
